Join us at the Irish Family History Centre to take part in our four week introductory course to genealogy.

This course will give you a greater insight into your family history as you learn how to connect to the past using various sources and techniques.

It will run over four consecutive Sundays starting on the 24th of March and concluding on the 14th of April.

Each session will start at 2:30pm and finish at 4pm.

Course Outline:

Week 1 (24/3/19): Research Methods and Census Records

Week 2 (31/3/19): Civil Registration and Church Records

Week 3 (7/4/19): Land and Testamentary Records

Week 4 (14/4/19): Military, Institutional and Writing up your Family Tree.

The cost for 4 weeks is €60. This price includes the four week genealogy course and unlimited access to the Irish Family History Centre for the duration of the course (doesn't include private consultations).
